Apply to Wet Hair: Start with thoroughly wet hair and scalp.
Massage Into the Scalp: Apply a small amount of shampoo, then gently massage with your fingertips for 60–90 seconds to lift buildup, dirt, sweat, and oils.
Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse well until the water runs clear.
